You're right. Plus, Turkey isn't a country she visits very often so fans traveled to where the venue is and where she flew into. They treat this like one of their only moments to meet or see Gaga up close. This kind of hysteria doesn't normally happen when she arrives back home because people always have chances to meet her there.
