This response doesn't even make any sense. Are you seriously trying to imply Miss USA told the pageant officials to change the result at the last minute?

And no, Philippines is not obligated to share her title. She's the winner. And there's nothing for Colombia to fight except maybe sue MU for "distress" or something.
