Those numbers also match Lady Gaga's breakdown of official sales. How could she have possibly sold more albums than Katy Perry when Katy outsold her in every major market except Japan?
Teenage Dream outsold Born This Way. It's even having better catalogue sales at the moment.
Where do the Monsters keep getting this "7 million" number?

Nope, it won't happen unless she has a smash hit (which It doesn't seem likely). I'm pretty sure Katy will outsell her in the end. She also won't sell more than ''The Truth About Love'' and ''Red''. I think ARTPOP will be close to the 4M mark when all is said and done.
It's even having better catalogue sales at the moment.
