so sorry to burst your bubble but she has published a lot of letters on her website so far, she also published an article on TIME this year on mother's day.
Quote:
You are my masterpieces. From the day I saw the most precious eyes, I believed in miracles to the core. Such a gift God has given me, exploring in your beautiful worlds every day. I pray as a mother I teach you strength and passion to carry through the struggles in the world. Most battles will always be won on your knees. I pray you find your dreams.
God always comes to us in tiny whispers. I pray you always find his whisper and understand the true meaning behind following your inner voice as well.
Always believe in yourself and know anything is possible. I pray dreaming awakens your soul to limitless possibilities. I hope the most precious mysteries of life stay with you always and you are never ashamed of how bright your light truly is. I hope you learn praying alone is when you are most connected to God, and know you are never alone. He is with you always.
I pray you laugh, love and soar through your journey of life.

this is why homophobia exists, because of certain people in this thread who complain when someone shows respect for the LGBT community.
some people wouldn't get any support like LGBT community got in the US, yet some of you even DARE to spit on a person who is showing you support but no, you have to complain about something, like she din't use "we and them" but "us"! But isn't that what you wanted? Equality? She even posted a rainbow heart!
I am disgusting by some members here, hope you continue getting homophobia because that's exactly what you deserve for acting so ungrateful! Some LGBT people can only dream about getting this much love and support in their own country, instead they get beat up or even killed. SHAME ON YOU!

You've always hated Britney. How do we know this is not just your usual bias against her? Because not wanting to have someone support you just because they're not gay themselves seems.. odd.

The nit picking Britney would have been dragged if she kept quiet but she's written a long and heartfelt message and y'all are trying to find anything to complain about Maybe I'm blind but I'm pretty sure the picture Britney uploaded used the colours associated with the LGBT community, no? and she definitely did not say people should "be loved for who they are" right?
Even in the wake of tragedy, the OBH just can't keep quiet when Britney has posted a lovely message. Pathetic.

NAWT someone posting the X17 letter, I'm screaming.
Anyway for those throwing around 'Britney's a republican' she's never actually openly shown a political stance either way.
IIRC she said we should 'trust our president', tweeted support about gay rights a few times and put up an #Imwithher picture and then removed the caption. I'd assume she either doesn't vote or is on the fence between the two.

Is this really how many of you feel? And heterosexuals aren't 'owning this hate crime'. We're standing WITH your community in solidarity. Any attack on Americans is an attack on us all as a United Nation. But we're not denying that this specific massacre was clearly planned to attack the LGBT community.

If anything Britney can relate to the LGBT community more than any of the pop girls you mentioned. A lot of people like to make fun of her conservatorship and health problems, but her ongoing struggle with the conservatorship has shown how she too has been a victim of a flawed government. Many of her rights have been unfairly taken from her just as many people in the LGBT community are deprived of many of their basic human rights. I'm not saying that that justifies her grouping herself with the victims in this attack - which I don't think was her intent regardless - but she of all people knows the struggle of being deprived of rights and having her voice smothered.
At the end of the day, she posted a rainbow flag, stated that we need to treat all people fairly, and voiced her support when she had no obligation to do so. You are trying to take something that was posted with good intentions and tear it apart based on semantics. Why create more hate at a time like this?

I don't know why people are coming for you because this is absolutely correct. It's nice that she posted something but you never lied.

Relax will you. I'm not mad at what she said, it was a nice comment. I just understand why people will be bothered when she inserts herself and others on an attack that was so blatantly against the gay community with her "this is an attack on ALL of us". It was an attack on the gay community specifically, not ALL of us. When a black person is targeted and killed and a white person says #ALLlivesmatter, they are inserting themselves on the discrimination faced by a specific group. Its like she doesnt want to actually say the words gay or lgbt and hides behind a picture and general words.

She did address that it was an act on a specific group? A bit more discreetly, but she didn't have to say it any other way... Like are you kidding? I guess she assumed wrong by thinking her fans/haters at least have basic reading comprehension skills. "We need to accept and love people for who they are"
BYE.

My comment applies to you too. There is no need for discretion.

I get how the "this is an attack on all of us" might seem messy but it was a sweet message otherwise and she obviously had good intentions
