They all count for record sales. And they count for every artist in the world, not just Gaga.

The numbers for the Born This Way singles seem inflated.
In fact all of the numbers do, but BTW's singles more than the rest.

Oh, and for those disputing Poker Face...
Based on certifications alone around the world (plus official figures in the US and UK), she is at 10M. That doesn't include any countries in which she hasn't received a certification, and doesn't take into account the fact that people don't just stop buying the song once it has been certified. For example, she is certified Platinum in the UK (600k), but has sold around 1.090.000. That is almost 500k in sales over its certification. It is possible, therefore, that it as sold much more than its certification in other countries. In Germany, for example, it is certified 2xPlatinum (600k), but could be a few hundred thousand units above that now.

Poker Face sold in 2009 4.2 millions in the US and 9.8 WW (IFPI).
The song is now over the 6 millions in the US =>almost 12 millions just with the extra US sales
