Does anyone else constantly feel tired even when they get enough sleep and do they know of something that may fix that. My family has a condition with thyroid problems which makes you feel sluggish and drowzy so I feel I may have that.
I'm actually not quite sure... Have you seen a doctor?

Maybe you do have the thyroid problem. Everyone is different but I can relate to you. Before I started exercising regularly several months back, I would get 9-10 hours of sleep nightly and still be tired the next day. For me, lack of exercise was the problem.
I'm trying to lose some stomach fat before I work out (muscles, abs, etc.). I don't have that much fat. I'm 16, and 158 pounds, so just a little stomach fat, but it's still annoying. I'm going to go running as much as I can since I've read that helps. I've also started eating really healthy the past three days. I hope I can keep it up. I used to eat Ramen Noodles as a snack everyday when I got home from school, but I'm trying just to let them be treats. I'm also trying to resist not having ice cream every night. I've been eating fruit for breakfasts and snacks, and salads at schools. I want to have a balance of both, but I am trying to like binge diet until my stomach is flat (I'm male by the way). I'm gonna try to get a healthy routine with my food though.
Anyone have tips or suggestions for getting a flat stomach along with running? I would like to make it as fast as possible, but I'll be patient...
how tall or not tall are you?
I love this thread, I have been reading on health and fitness a lot for the past year it's actually fun to read

Thanks for this. I've worked it out to where I will be running constantly all year, but I need to get a diet in place. I don't want to completely cut out my ice cream and snacks, but I want to get into a routine where I don't pig out them. Does anybody do cheat days? Does it work?

I believe that all consist in incorporate healthy habits. Things you'll ended up doing effortlessly.
This are mine:
I drink a beverage made with brewer's yeast powder and water every morning. RELIGIOUSLY. It was very disgusting at the beginning (when i used to have several acne), but then you get used to it. Is often used as a source of B-complex vitamins, chromium, and selenium. The B-complex vitamins in brewer's yeast include B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B5 (pantothenic acid), B6 (pyridoxine), B9 (folic acid), and H or B7 (biotin). These vitamins help break down carbohydrates, fats, and proteins, which provide the body with energy. They also support the nervous system, help maintain the muscles used for digestion, and keep skin, hair, eyes, mouth, and liver healthy .
Clean and humect my skin before i go to sleep. RELIGIOUSLY.
I incorporate seeds: Basically a mix of linseed, sesame, sunflower and chia. I mix them with honey to make them eatable because they're dry and hard to shallow.
WATER. WATER. WATER. 2.5 lts a day. No coke, no pepsi, no fanta, no flavoured teas with tons of sugar and artificial sweeteners and dyes. Our body is 70% water, is the only thing we need and can't be replaced by NOTHING.
A mix of almonds, nuts, raw peanuts and raisins every day. ****ING LOVE IT. This can be replaced candies any day.
Skim milk, always. Animal fat is the worst, your heart will appreciate it.
I'm very aware of the nutritional fact labels. If it has trans fat or animal fat, i pass.
Try to eat a lot of vegetables and fruits. The more the better.
I'm not a very physical person. I hate the gym, it depress me. But i'm ok with my body, i walk A LOT and that keeps me fit.
I eat EVERYTHING... but try to eat most healthy as possible. If there's a pack Lays in my house of course i'm gonna eat them all. I love chips, guiltiest pleasure of all.
I ****in hate running. No amount of training can get me running past 5-10 minutes. I get so BORED and frustrated, even with the best of music.
I get my cardio through dancing or zumba. Give me that and I can go for hours!
I'm the total opposite. Just give me a good play list and I'm gone. I'm seriously getting addicted to running. I do probably around 42 miles a week. I just love the feeling of running. Especially, the feeling you get afterwords. It's hard to explain but it feels like a HIGH.
I use the elliptical and StairMaster here and there.
I also do Insanity on a regular basis. (Sean T is fineeeeeee)
My dad has p90x but to be honest I get bored with that one easily. Although Tony Horton is fine as hell for his age.
Oh, and I can't drink POP anymore. I haven't had it in months but on Friday I caved in to some Pepsi. Biggest mistake ever. 3 hours later my stomach was in so much pain.
I'm so ****ing done with pop.
I only drink water, orange juice, milk, apple juice, and cranberry juice.
I recommend you look into OxyElite Pro and Insanity. I think you would love them.
Oxy cost me around 40 bucks at GNC but you could get them cheaper online.
My dad bought Insanity for like 150 I believe.
Do you like to run?
I thought about Insanity. It doesn't work your whole body though, right? That's what I like about p90x. It's comprehensive. But I can't say I won't ever give Insanity a try.
And generally, yes. I love listening to music and getting absorbed in it. I don't run anymore since I started p90x (only occasionally) but I do miss it. I felt great afterwards.

Girl, it does work your entire body. Do some research on it when you get a chance. You'd be surprised. I do love it because it incorporates a ton of cardio. I LOVE CARDIO.
RUNNING, aww, RUNNING. Those words alone make my heart melt. I love it and it feels so beautiful every time I run. I'm plan on doing a couple of marathons this summer.

I did research it and I read that it doesn't work your entire body But I guess I read some ********. Cardio is my favorite too. I much prefer it to strength training.

What kind of marathons??
FULL Marathons. I believe they're 28 miles.
To the girls who don't know what Insanity it, watch this.
I love being this way though. I don't want to be big and bulky.
I don't think I'd look good.
Me either. One of the reasons I started p90x was because I had gained over 20 lbs in the span of a year. And I was gradually gaining. It was bad weight gain too, all fat and sugar.

I'm proud of you and keep up the good work. And don't even trip. Enjoy some sugar once in a while just don't over do it.
