It says true reach not views so it probably counts tv plays etc.
also I doubt a movie campaign video could get 300 million views on YouTube.
I'll add beyonce onto the list later though anyways. I'll expand it to those with 300 million if there are more artists that look likely of surging in views and snatching the billion mark.
