aw, poor Angels and Diamonds
but the fact that PTV almost made it sjdkhfsljhfjdlas
Roman Holiday - that song is so funny and cool, one of my favorite tracks off of PFRR.
For Baltimore - omg, I'm so happy that you included All Time Low here! this song is a great hommage to their hometown and classic ATL.
212 - the first time I heard this, I didn't know what was happening and I still don't quite understand it sometimes today. that's how awesome it is.
Anything Could Happen - to think I didn't like this at first I guess I just had to get used to Ellie's new sound. plus the video helped a lot, I watched that and something clicked and I loved it. it has such a beautiful meaning and I love the sound of her voice.
Warrior - one of my least favorite tracks from the album, unfortunately, I just don't care about it much

@Anna - Fact, it was a tough decision to make choosing between Hold On Til May and For Baltimore
But this won't be the last time you see PTV on my Best Of 2012 though

Top 5 Coming Right After This Message....

Moments From 2012
Xtina
No shade, I love me some Xtina, been a huge huge huge stan since her first album. So why is she a moment from 2012 in her own right? Because she TOOK over ATRL. Maybe it was people attempting to shade her, the GIFS that she brought, Your Body coming and slaying everyone, or that people just couldn't stop talking about her. Who knows. I just know 2012 wouldn't be the same without Xtina.

Here we go, Top 5. I couldn't decide which song to pick, 30 Minute Love Affair, or Agony by Paloma, both of them were amazing songs, and two of my favorites this year, in the end though I went with Agony. I haven't heard of her until this year, and Agony was the song that got me hooked onto her. Its so powerfully emotional and the way she puts herself into her song is something else. If you haven't had a chance to listen to Paloma, make sure to! It won't be something you regret, specially Agony!

I'm Legit TORE ME UP. The Re-Up as a whole was really good, but I'm Legit was the standout. Ciara + Nicki, great combo. The way Nicki just spits everything out so flawlessly was pure gold to hear, it took me way back to her Mixtape days, but on steroids. I literally played this song over and over for a week straight I think, and I went crazy posting the lyrics on a thread. This song is the reason why Nicki remains on top of the female rap game and the success she deserved to get. I really hope she brings this same fire and spirit to her next album.

This song is pure 100% magic. Its a soothing and incredible listening experience. I still don't know what she's saying the chorus, but I think that's part of what gives the song its quality. There's nothing much more to say about it, because it speaks for itself, this needs to be heard, its one of the best songs 2012 had to offer and the most unique.
"Like a moth to a flame, Trouble keeps on finding me, I’ve been hiding from my demons, All my prayers keep me breathing"

"I remember the night, we first met, we were so young, I can't forget, how you kissed my face, and you took me home"
Even though this song came out nearly two weeks it, it took me by storm. I've been waiting forever for a song like this, every word fitting perfectly on how I felt. It was like a certain closure hit me when I heard this song. I'll admit I get a little teary eyed from time to time, I think she did heartbreak this time better then "The Harold Song". It was the stand out track and the fan favorite from the Animals. I always adore Ke$ha when she goes vulnerable, and this is why. Her writing is unique, but it can make you understand and you can relate to it so well.
"When I was lost, I found you, when I was broke, you bought me shoes, you were my first, and damn if this hurts"
This would have been the song of my year, and I'll even call it a tie between what was number one.

"Hello, hello, c-can you hear me? I can be your China Doll, if you wanna see me fall, boy you're so dope, your love is deadly, tell me life is beautiful, they all think I have it all, I'm nothing Without You"
My song of 2012, Without You, by Lana Del Rey. Some may disagree, but that's alright, like I said, I had a hard time choosing between Last Goodbye and this song, but "Without You" was the song I continued to play time after time and I never got tired of it, it was my most played song this year, I'm still not sick of it because I can listen to it and get the same feeling I did when I first heard it.
This song, made me start becoming a huge fan of Lana in the first place, specially the bridge.
"We were two kids just trying to get out, lived on the dark side, of the American dream, we would dance all night, play our music loud, where we grew up, nothing is what it seems"
I'm a sucker for nostalgic songs as you might have guessed, so of course that just me me ooze with all kinds of feelings. I could go on and on about why this song is so great, but nobody got time for that.
