Not trying to shade, but I've never really understood why people act like Xtina is the vocal Second Coming. I mean, she's great - don't get me wrong... But I have yet to hear her ever sustain a chest belt with full vibrato like Beyonce or a lot of other "divas." She always does those damn vocal acrobatics, like she did on At Last.
i love them both and i think Beyoncé it's very talented, but, GURL WHAT DID YA WERE THINKING?!!! of course Xtina she can sweep the floor in vocals skills DX and i'm not being shady, cause i love them both, beyoncé have a great great voice it's successfull but XTINA it's the voice of our generation!

She is very versatile, I will give you that!
I think Beyonce is too though, in the way that she can transition from really heavy funk/R&B stuff to more classical, almost operatic vocals.
But for real though. I get the feeling some people think "better vocalist" means "I like this person's voice more", and "poor vocal technique" is over-singing and doing too many runs.
Watch the videos i posted you will fing oversinging, soft, technical, raw, classical....i mean you'll will find everything in her...Not only oversinging you can find that in both actually, so then details like the tone makes the differece in the votes.
