30. Ying Yang Twins ft Wyclef Jean - Dangerous
Well well well. Who would've thought the Ying Yang Twins would ever release something good? Admittedly I don't like any of their previous singles, I think they all sound the same and it's basically the same lyrics over and over and over, but this masterpiece here is unique. That beat is ridiculously infectious and the video only boosts the song's greatness. Sadly, this went nowhere in charts and I think it's too late to be saved, but at least my theory was proven once again: Americans were last in line when god handed out music tastes.

Who the f•ck?! I know, I said the same thing when this song debuted out of nowhere at #1 on the Ritmo Son weekly top 10 (Ritmo Son is a latino music channel). I decided to give it a chance, after all, if it debuted at #1 it had to be at least slightly good no? Yes. I got addicted to it since the very first listen, and the fact that it was HUGE in basically every hispanic country made it even greater. This song is about drinking, hence the title (The Bottle)and it got played at EVERY club across latin america during the whole year. Its greatness, longevity and catchyness make it the official drinking song of 2006.

Remember 2005 when this tramp released Pon De Replay (which scored the 14th spot on my 2005 year-end ****down) and everyone thought she was just another one-hit wonder? She proved everyone wrong by releasing her sophomore album fast and picking this gem as the first single.
Her following 2 singles suck ass, so this is all you'll see of her this year.

27. David Banner - F•cking
It's not because of the kinky lyrics, it's not because of the cool beat and it certainly isn't because of the boring video, but there's just something about this song that makes it very enjoyable. I think it's his best single to date and it deserved at least a bit of the success Play or Like a Pimp had, but sadly it was overlooked like many other quality songs this year.

26. Black Eyed Peas - Pump It
- This was at one point my least favorite song off Monkey Business, until it got released as a single when, somehow, it ended up growing on me like crazy. I thought this song would go nowhere but surprisingly it turned out to be BEP's most succesful single on my country ever. Needless to say, it was *****d until most people got sick of it but i never did. I can still listen to it and enjoy it as much as I did back in February, and how can i forget ALL the times I got drunk with this song in the background? That's why it deserves a spot in the top 30.

25. Lil' Wayne - Hustler Muzik
- I've never been much of a Weezy fan, his voice annoys me at times. However, this masterpiece is by far the best he's ever released. I love slower hip-hop songs and this is a great one, specially the chorus and the ending. It's over 5 minutes long and it never gets boring. Definitely check it out if you haven't already.

24. Avril Lavigne - Fall to Pieces
- So what's a song from 2004 doing in such a high spot? Even I don't know. It never even debuted on my ****down. I guess the reason why it's here is because I relate to it a lot. There are times when you're just sad and want to hug, kiss and find comfort in someone, but they don't seem to care and this song describes that feeling perfectly.
I discovered this song in January when one of my friends came to my house and brought Avril's CD. I loved it since the first listen and I'm mad at her for not making a video for it.

23. Ciara - Promise
- Last one before my brother starts getting annoying and says he needs the computer.
What can i say about this song? It's Ciara's best single to date and it reminds me of Darren Hayes' Feel. This would've had no problem making the top 5 had it been released earlier.
It's also a very special song to me because (and as corny as it sounds) I first heard it on the day I lost my virginity. That is all.
