It's such a potentially good song but I LOATHE the post-chorus (or is it the chorus?) -- that part when she sings "and I'm like huuuuuuu~". It would be much better if she had changed the humming with something else...
The video is cute anyway
let's not. it kinda 'makes' the song instantly recognizable. if it gets ANY airplay, it'll be because of that part.
It's a good video, just not the amazing work Empire deserves. It's cute but it needed to be grand to match the moments of power the song has. However, I still liked it.
What this video makes me wish is that Shakira paid more attention to fashion. She's gorgeous. The wedding dress and the black gown looked incredible on her, but we rarely see her looking that stunning when she's at the carpet or a show (even if she does looks beautiful).
it started perfect, i was about to be slayed but it didn't finish like that i really don't like the scenes with the black dress. How unnecessary, it was amazing before it. I was expecting a story on the video, she left the wedding, but nothing happened after that, why?
And the song's vocal production is so messy, it would be a great song & video but it's ruined, so sad
The outside scene was stunning and grandiose!
But that wedding scene and running to the hills
