LOL! She's doing ~150k in the very 1st quarter and you think she's gonna do only 200k Grammy week? Grammys night will be Adele's. All the headlines will be on her and by the time Grammys come around "Set Fire to the Rain" should be big on radio as well, thus giving it an even bigger boost. My prediction stands at 350-400k!

I think Arcade Fire are a completely different story, their boost would've been a lot smaller for a lot of reasons. Firstly, they weren't exactly soaring in the charts the week before they won. Secondly, they didn't steal the whole night, they only won the one award whereas Adele will almost certainly win multiple awards. Thirdly, they're not mainstream in the same way that Adele has.
The Grammy's is one of the final seals of approval that 21 will receive. it's had a resounding thumbs up from pretty much every other angle.
