I personally think Lady Gaga will fade in about 4 years aswell. Her whole persona is such a duplication of a past legend and I think that will do her a disfavor in the long run.
Ke$ha and Katy are the P!nk and Avril of our generation in my opininon .
Rihanna and GaGa are the Britney and Christina.

I just can'ttt!!! GaGa and Brit are like Madonna's children. Katy is to extent tho only in I Kissed A Girl and as for RiRi I'm not sure. Ke$ha def is the Avril of this generation tho.
No hating but i think it's Ke$ha. Gaga and Rihanna has a solid career now and i don't think they will lose their status that soon. They'll probably be around in the next 10 years. I'm not sure a bout Katy but she has 4 #1 hits and she's been around for 3 years and still going strong. I predict she's still selling good for at least another era. Ke$ha is the least popular compare to the other girls now so i think it's easier for her to lose her stt than the others...
I love Ke$ha and her music, but I think she'll become irrelevant first; however, I don't want to under-estimate her. She already surprised me last year and she could pull another big surprise for everyone in the coming years. She might survive.
For the remaining three choices Katy could become irrelevant first, but I don't see it happening anytime soon.
Rihanna has proven herself already. After how many years, she's still one of the top artists. I'm not really a big fan of her and her music, but I've to say that her career is one of the epic ones. She's like the new Britney Spears.
Lady GaGa could and couldn't have that staying power depending on what she does next. I like her and her music, but I'm really afraid that people might get tired of her anytime soon. However, I still think she'll deliver great music. She's one of those artist that keeps you thinking and waiting.
