Anyone ever notice that VH1 is obnoxious with their "favorites"/"you should know" artists. I like their countdowns but sometimes I feel like they blatantly stan for certain artists and spin their videos over other ones. I know they were obsessed with Green Day's American Idiot era, so it wouldn't surprise me to see boulevard high on the list
The last time they did this (for the '90s), each artists got one representative song—usually their biggest or most well-known hit—and then the results were voted on by fans. Expect something similar this time, with the list being dominated by mainstream smashes and the picks reflecting instant nostalgia more than any true sense of quality.

Well... it's VH1, not Pitchfork... or even Rolling Stone. People should adjust expectations accordingly.
Alright, Daughtry, Creed, 3DD, Carrie, Creed and OK Go. <3
List is looking great already. Can't wait for the entire thing.
It's unlikely that Shinedown will make it since Second Chance was their only mainstream "smash" but maybe Three Days Grace will make an appearance?

I'd love it if it happened, it could be "I Hate Everything About You", but I doubt they will be included
