The NY shows last time (the American shows in general) sold out like hotcakes because of her Superbowl performance. Yes, it's true that tickets are not selling as fast as last time in America but you have to take into account that there is a spike in ticket prices this time. And her being 123334 hours late for most shows and not doing too many greatest hits definitely pissed off the general public. But Live Nation won't just increase the prices so drastically if they don't know the demand. Her European shows are still selling strong because the prices there are reasonable
