Demi & Selena's albums both sold 800k+, whilst Ariana has yet to pass that (<600k). You could say that she's bigger in the US, based on her album sales there, but even at the same point in its chart run Demi's debut was slightly higher than YT & Selena's debut was way above it too. Not to mention the fact that Ariana's only had 1 single that has passed 500k in sales, whilst Demi & Selena have multiple platinum & multi platinum singles + Demi's had 3/5 of her radio singles reach the top 5

Yes, and unlike Demi and Selena, Ariana's image is not associated so strongly with the Disney/Nickelodeon brands, which definitely will help her image and help her develop a greater fanbase.

Ariana is still only starting but she will surpass Selena and Demi with this era most likely.
Problem has already reached the summit in more countries than Heart Attack and Come & Get It did on their first days in less time.

Yeah she's waaaaay ahead of Demi and I'd say on a par with Selena (Ariana snatches singels while Selena snatches albems)
