Half of The Fame comes from the previous decade. With full sales, she'd be ahead of Eminem.

The overall success of the album is quite amazing... 4 Platinum singles (2 of which went 2X Platinum) and an album selling 2.2 Million copies... Pretty good follow up to the classic Carter III album
People said he wouldnt be able to duplicate the success of Carter III he proved many wrong !
Carter III
- 3X Platinum
- 4 Platinum singles (Lollipop, A MIlli, Got Money, Mrs. Officer)
- 3 Multi Platinum singles (Lollipop, A MIlli, Got Money)
- 3 Top 10 Hot 100 hits (Lollipop, A MIlli, Got Money)
Carter IV
- 2X Platinum
- 4 Platinum singles (6 Foot 7 Foot, How To Love, She Will, Mirror)
- 2 Multi Platinum singles (6 Foot 7 Foot, How To Love)
- 3 Top 10 Hot 100 hits (6 Foot 7 Foot, How To Love, She Will)
Pretty similar in stats !!!!!

Red will storm into the top 5 within less than a year.
Can't wait for Speak Now to pass Recovery.
Kinda sad only 12 albums released in the past 2 years have sold over 2M copies (The Fame was released in 08)
