But even then still, Hunters & Gatherers.
Face it. We all have a role to play. You sissies need to stop making excuses.

I ain't raising no dude republican bro son who refers to his friends as the n word (i'm referring to white people who do this btw), is interested in gun use, does steroids, is obsessed with gaining muscle and sports, is misogynistic, against gay people, etc. like this corrupt society encourages men to be like.

The amount of ignorance in this post is astounding. You're practically saying all males are homophobic and misogynistic. What makes you think if you raised your child genderless they wouldn't be all those qualities listed?

Way to overreact! I'm saying that us Straight MEN are encouraged to be like that, not that we all are! 💀

Yes. I assume that lipstick and dresses are feminine. Please forgive me for being such a bigot.

Dividing things based on gender is the same thing as dividing things based on race or sexuality. It is nothing to do with nature or biology, it is to do with ignorance.
|
Ok but we're not discussing divisions like not being able to use the same toilets or water fountains as other people. Or divisions like not being able to marry the person you love and want to spend the rest of your life with. We're talking about "divisions" like the fact that girls love shopping for high heels and guys like watching basketball with their friends. So sorry if that makes me ignorant.

Just out of curiosity, are you trans?
Most people have discovered their true gender by the age of 3, which is when Gender Identity Disorder begins to present itself.

No, they're actually not, and you did not mention "straight" any where. Either way the point still stand: why do you think a genderless child would avoid all these qualities?

No that's not how it works.
10% of x plus 10% of y = 10% of (x + y)
So that's more like a 1/10 not a quarter. That's a pretty tiny statistic, almost like a margin of error.

Badger, men and women are too anatomically different for you to just say ''we should all be genderless and pick/choose one later at will, like you're at walmart''

Yeah you are being ignorant.
I'm not talking about racial segregation, but just think how bad it sounds to advertise toys for black children and separate toys for white children. This could be based on claims that black and white people are naturally different and prefer different things. It's the same hokum as advertising different toys for girls and boys.

A basic understanding of psychology tells you that gender =/= physical anatomy

Confucian culture has led to a traditional sense of gender in South Korea. Gender roles are still widely very stereotypical and the ‘macho male’ image still prevails across the country – yet South Korea is the male make-up capital of the world. It has the largest market for male skincare than anywhere else– even though there are only approximately 19 million men in South Korea.
Some gender stereotypes are starting to shift away from the stringent gender roles that were previously considered ‘the norm’, as many South Korean men are now turning to skincare and even make-up to enhance their image. It is suggested that these gender shifts began in the late 1990’s when the South Korean government relaxed a ban on cultural goods from Japan. This exposed South Korean men to different standards and ideas of male beauty.
The beauty industry is a highly profitable one and parts the public with their money regardless of what country it is in. Nevertheless global economic troubles seem not to have any impact on the men’s beauty industry in South Korea. Sales of cosmetics for men and male skincare are on the rise. In recent years the market for beauty products for men in South Korea has emerged and has been widely embraced which has led to its considerable growth.
...
It is not unusual to find South Korean men wearing the most basic of make-up in their everyday lives. These products can include, but are not limited to, concealer, foundation, mascara, eye shadow and brow pencils. BB cream is perhaps the most popular product for men. It was originally designed for the plastic surgery industry, so that patients could hide minor surgery scars and reduce the appearance of redness after dermatological procedures. Now it is used worldwide by men and women alike.

Are you now going to make the argument that a different sense of gender aesthetic is not cultural and is biologically tied to race?

I love playing sports, video games, hated barbie dolls and my parents didn't care nor did I turn out gay. My boy cousin used to play with dolls and he's the straightest guy ever. I don't think what you grow up playing with necessarily predicts your sexuality.
I do think more boys then girls would like sports/more active things because more males are naturally active and aggressive and vice versa for girls. For the half though I think its more neutral. Society does play a big role into these gender roles by using only boys to sell "masculine" toys and girls for "feminine" toys. They should try to cater to both so there's no pressures or parents shouldn't ignore what their kids want by forcing them.

I think that's a false equivalency because black and white children don't play differently in the same way that boys and girls do, but I guess I'll just have to accept the fact that I'm ignorant then. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Meh
I've never played with dolls, dresses, lipstick or whatever and I'm still bi. I was never forced to take to sports. I did it because I enjoyed it.
And I don't think most people force roles but play into them because it's just easier and causes less confusion early on in a child's life.
