It will, but I see it as the more people that sign up and the application process starts, the more someone will provide strong answers to get into the game. We ultimately want people to have fun and make new friends, but be able to be strategic and make alliances like the actual game.
We'll probably decide and name someone to be the diary room correspondent, who will submit all "diary room" anonymous comments in the thread. That makes things fun and is a way to start drama in alliances if people know.
