When you speak English you don't articulate your mouth as you do when you speak Spanish and viceversa, so the sounds will always be different. Besides Eyes Like Yours is not even in the same album than the Spanish version, and it sounds like a fail of tranlastion, I mean, the words just don't fit as well as in the Spanish version.
Most of her songs use to be better in the first language that she records them, Spanish or English, for example, Hips Don't Lie is much better than Será Será, because she always composes the melody based on the language that she first writes the songs and then she just translates them.
