The star recalls how dealing with fame became too much for her during the height of her career in the 1990s when she was living in the U.K., prompting her to attack a journalist who tried to talk to her 10-year-old son. And she can relate to troubled singer Spears, who is hoping to revive her career after a stint in rehab and constant press criticism about her parenting skills and party lifestyle. Bjork says, "I definitely feel sympathy for Britney, but I had a choice. I could move away. She can't"
