Or if it's a "black film" or one of those goofy/stereotypical Tyler Perry type movies, which are never taken seriously, huge, or rewarded
And the black actors that do end up getting cast in main stream films are few and far between and they only ever (the very few that even do) get awarded and recognized only for demeaning, negative roles.

Denzel as a Criminal

It's really so transparent and messy. And people STILL have the nerve to try to act like race isn't a factor
