Mexico cause it gave the world tomatoes, chocolate, vanilla. Mexican and French cuisines have also been designated by UNESCO as an intangible aspect of human culture.

If Italy didn't have pizza it would be an easy choice but I think Chinese cuisine takes the cake. I play it safe with my dishes but I've never disliked a dish.
