Next era she will go full on stoner-hippy with long hair, flowing skirts, bohemian music, I'm ready for that. In a few years, she needs to get her rebel side out for a while.

I think the hair thing was a way of her shedding her disney image and trying to get it into peoples heads that she wasn't 14 anymore and that she was going to grow up and be her own person.
She is still stunning, we will get the long hair back in time.
From what I know Snoops single/album is being released on his own label. But RCA is the parent company.
So I hope it's not RCA's fault and they better not do this **** when they are going to release Miley's new single.
