Basically every week, the girls will do a mission and be put either in the "Major" group or in the "Minor" group depending on how well they fare. Then girls from the minor team will be up for elimination (they are eliminated from the show only, JYP said in a previous interview he is keeping the girls for his next girl group he plans to debut in 2 years)
The Major team dorms together, their dorm is brand new, it looks like they have individual rooms, they get fresh fruits and good food, can train in the company from 9AM to 9PM and get help/advice from their sunbaes.
The Minor team has a crappy dorm, share rooms, and have to train by themselves, rooms are available for them to train from 9PM to 9AM.
This week, the groups were made based on feedback from their trainers and JYP staff.

I listened to the full mini, and my first impression is that it's pretty good. There were only two tracks I wasn't fond of on first listen, and five tracks that ranged between good and great. I am digging her vibe.
