Mariah Carey re-releases album

(Standard Edition of the re-released "The Stygian Chevalier ...... Hypnotic Experience")
It seems that no matter what Mariah releases right now, it will only be met with success. "The Stygian Chevalier" has become her best selling album since E=MC^2 due to the great promotional push her new label, Camouflage Records has done and now they are taking it to a whole new level. After promising the something exciting will be coming up in her recent uploads on her Youtube channel and tweets on her twitter account, Mariah Carey surprises everyone by suddenly release a special edition of the album, which is titled "The Stygian Chevalier ...... Hypnotic Experience". The special edition quickly ended up in the top 5 of the Global iTunes album chart due to the excitement from fans and curiosity from the public.
Hours after the surprise release, a press conference was then only made in NYC to explain the concept of this Special Edition album which is counted as a re-release since it includes 5 new tracks to the special edition. Huge news outlets and reporters such as CNN and FOX News arrived the press conference to get exclusive information of this re-released album. One of her album tracks from her re-released album, "Dark Eyes" was playing during the press conference. "This is a beautiful re-release of my album, "The Stygian Chevalier". The 5 new tracks that are included are versatile, ranging from up-tempos, to slow ballads. "Shadows" is one of my favourites from the newly re-released album because the message is deep.", Mariah says during the press conference was made. It was revealed that the new album cover was done during the same photoshoot for her original album cover.
Mariah also revealed that she had worked with scientists who are experts in the psychoacoustics field for the newly re-released album during the press conference. "Psychoacoustics is a branch of science dealing with the perception of hearing and sensations produced by sound, in other words, psychoacoustics is the study of the ways in which sound affects you emotionally, physically and mentally.*I have a great time working with the scientists who are experts in that field and we reworked the whole album tracks' instrumentals so that it can relax the listener who are listening to my album after a stressful day at work. It is kind of like a de-stress alternative method [Laughs]. And also the 5 new tracks were all written by me and produced by the psychoacoustic scientists and me.", Mariah added. A psychoacoustic scientist, who worked with Mariah on the re-release was also present at the press conference. "Like what Mariah have said, some sound of the instrumentals were evidently changed a little to fit the 'Hypnotic Experience' Mariah is trying to capture here. It is a huge honour that I could work with such a huge pop star Mariah herself because it is a road that pop stars don't normally venture to. She is definitely a down to earth person and is very serious in what she does; music."
The 5 new tracks, titled "Lost Forever", "Dark Eyes", "Shadows", "Seductive Kiss" and "I Will Not Forget" shows the versatility of the re-released album. "Lost Forever" and "Seductive Kiss" are the up-tempos with a mixture of trap beats and synths beats and it also features a beautiful waterfall instrumental sound elusively in the background. "Dark Eyes" and "Shadows" are the mid-tempos with a mixture of trap beats and hip hop beats and its message is more darker than the up-tempos too. "I Will Not Forget" on the other hand, is a lush ballad that features beautiful violin sounds and pianos which in turn contrast the sounds of the other 4 new tracks. Critics have also give positive reviews on the re-released album and say the 5 new tracks is unusually cohensive, and that it blend well together although their sound is so diverse when you hear it seperately. The positive reviews have helped the ratings of the album to increase up on Metacritic too. The physical copy of the re-released album is only available in huge hypermarkets like Walmart only. Solo tracks are not available for purchase and therefore the sales for the album have increase due to that matter.

Britney Spears Stuns At MTV European Music Awards
Britney Spears performed a three song medley at the MTV EMAs to promote her latest single and the new re-release of her "American Dream" album in Europe after a week of promotion in the states coinciding with her Naughty Girl Tour moving to America for the week. Britney opened the European Music Awards with a three song set-list: "Gimme Your Best/Touchin' Me/Sun-kissed", the first two songs are recognizable hits off the "American Dream" album with Gimme Your Best being the song of the summer. The last song, Sun-kissed, is Britney's new single which is being used to actively promote the re-release of her album.
Performance:
The performance started with Britney rising onto the stage on top of a small circular platform. She was wearing a sexy black catsuit as the platform started flying around the stage. Britney jumped up on the platform and did a backflip on top of it as it flew around the stage, she did some sexy acrobatic moves on the platform while "Gimme Your Best" started playing. Britney's ladies ascended onto the stage wearing special agent suits as Britney jumped off the platform and onto the stage. Britney and the girls performed a very heavy dance break to the Junkie XL remixed chorus of Gimme Your Best, the dance break was very technical and involved a lot of steps. Britney ended the dance break with a back handspring as water started raining down on the girls. The girls got on the floor and started rubbing their bodies on the stage while touching each other and flipping their wet hair. Britney then got up as the girls stayed in the same position on the ground, the water stopped as a ring of fire surrounded Britney while she danced to the final chorus of Gimme Your Best.
The stage faded to black as a pop instrumental from the re-release started playing, the instrumental faded into Touchin' Me after 20 seconds, the lights went back on and Britney was standing center stage as a pole rose up next to her out from underneath the stage with Rihanna hanging on the side of it. Rihanna and Britney did a heavy dance break together which involved Rihanna ripping off Britney's catsuit to reveal a sexy gold leotard underneath which Rihanna was also wearing. The girls danced together on stage and around the pole, hitting hard choreo to a sexy remix of Touchin' Me. Guys wearing jeans and no shirts came to the stage attempting to grab the girls for the 2nd chorus, they pushed them off while dancing on the pole to the 2nd chorus. They then got on the pole together and moved around to the top of it, they kissed at the top of the pole while the song ended and the stage faded to black.
After 30 seconds, the stage lit up again and Britney was standing center stage in a two piece pink bikini with pink heels as guys in beach shorts surrounded her. The guys held her up and touched her body as "Sun-kissed" started playing. Britney's ladies then ascended onto the stage wearing black one piece bikinis and they pushed the guys off the stage. Britney and the girls then did a slow and sensual dance break center stage to "Sun-kissed" as beach balls fell down on to the stage. Inside the beach balls were copies of her album and physical CDs of "Sun-kissed" and tour tickets, Brit and the girls pushed the beach balls to the crowd as they danced around on stage and water rained down on them. The performance came to a close as the stage faded to black and Britney said "wooh! I love you guys".
Britney picked up two awards, one for "Album Of The Year" and "Best Act" which Britney accepted with a video message from the backstage set of her "Naughty Girl Tour".

Britney Opens Eurovision Finale
Britney opened the finale to the Eurovision Song Contest with her new single "Sun-kissed". Eurovision is a song contest in which each member country submits a song to be performed on live television and radio and then casts votes for the other countries' songs to determine the most popular song in the competition. The contest has been broadcast every year since its inauguration in 1956 and is one of the longest-running television programs in the world. It is also one of the most watched non-sporting events in the world, with audience figures having been quoted in recent years as anything between 100 million and 600 million internationally. Britney Spears opening was strictly a strategic plan by her team to push promotion of her latest single and album to over 500 million viewers internationally and to specifically target European viewers as she has spent most of her week in America.
Performance:
The performance started with Spears descending onto the stage sitting on top a huge infatable sun prop. The sun prop fell and bounced on the stage while Spears sat on it, she stood up and slid off the big sun prop as her black trench coat fell off revealing a sexy black bikini. Pink lights were glowing all around the stage, Britney's hair was brunette and she had a smokey eyeshadow, she looked very sexy on stage. Britney did a dance break alone on stage to the intro of " Sun-kissed", the dance break was very slow and sensual as Britney moved her body sensually as she lowered herself the ground, rubbing her body on the stage as smoke surrounded her. Britney got back up and picked up the sun prop, throwing it in the air above her and moving underneath it, the sun prop was now covering Britney for about 10 seconds. Britney stood back on top of the sun prop wearing a black train attached to the back of her bikini and new diamond studs on her bra as female dancers got on the sun prop as well, wearing very colorful bikinis. The girls all jumped off the sun and performed a dance break together to the second chorus of "Sun-kissed", this time the choreo was very heavy and involved a lot of technical/flexible moves. Britney then moved her hand into the air and pyrotechnics shot up all around the stage. Britney rand around the stage as she sang "Sun-kissed" live, giving her best vocals for Europe to appreciate. Britney ended the performance doing very dramatic dance moves with her girls as they moved along the stage, Britney arched her back in a dramatic pose to end the song as the sun prop bounced in front of her, when the sun prop bounced up and moved away from Britney, Britney/the girls already descended underneath the stage, ending the performance as pink smoke covered the stage.

Zedd: Moment of Serenity World Tour – Night 9 (Six Flags Over Georgia)

Zedd continued his worldwide Moment of Serenity Tour at Six Flags Over Georgia tonight. This concert was held at an amphitheater in the park, allowing for many fans to watch the concert. As this leg will have varying stage specifications to conform to various venues, there isn’t a specified stage design (it also isn’t completed for the other legs yet). Besides, it probably is best not to have expensive stage equipment sitting outside, exposed to the elements. Anyway, the stage pretty much consists of the stage itself and an HD video screen, as well as the necessary equipment for the concert, such as lighting and speakers.
The concert started at approximately 6 pm local time. The park did not need to close the park as the venue was outside the park; however, the park was pretty much dead after 5:30 pm. 20,000 fans packed into the general admission lawn area, and 5,520 other fans packed into the bleacher seating area. At this concert, standard lawn tickets were $75, 883 back side seats were $125, 1380 back center seats were $150, 552 back-middle side seats were $175, 552 back-middle center seats were $200, 552 front-middle side seats were $225, 220 front-middle center seats were $200, 110 front side seats were $250, 165 front center seats were $300, and 20 VIP tickets (special area in front of stage + meet and greet) were $500; a total of four others were given away in Atlanta. Zedd also chooses a random person from the front section of bleachers to join the meet and greet. This concert is of a decent size; it is sure to bring in a large amount of revenue to the tour. Concertgoers have all declared the concert amazing, despite an official stage design.
The concept of the concert is that Zedd is a DJ working his way up in the world. He starts out with an introduction that explains the backstory of the concert. After the introduction, Zedd finds himself DJing at a house party. He does a couple of tracks for them and then he leaves. There is an interlude of Conduit prior to him arriving at his next gig: a rave. He plays the Gaga-inspired track “Slay,” and then Lady Gaga herself makes a surprise appearance to sing “Temple,” “Stache,” and “Aura.” Zedd then realizes he needs to break free of this monotone life of DJing. He runs off the stage, leaving in the middle of “Shave It Up.” He returns when the song finishes and begins to break free of his monotone life of being a small-time DJ to make his move into what he was longing for, the EDM industry as a whole. Of course, during part of this he plays “Break Free.” He ends up finding success and no longer has a single problem in his life.
During the concert, every song from Serenity was performed. The concert started out with “Beautiful Sky,” which transitioned smoothly into “G.U.Y.” The rest of the concert incorporated all of the songs of Serenity, some of Clarity, and two Zedd songs from ARTPOP. As the concert ended, Zedd made a short speech: “As you all may already know, my friend Marina and the Diamonds is currently in a medically-induced coma. I was actually in the car next to her, so I had to watch the whole thing. It was terrible. Luckily she is still alive, but who knows for how long. We were supposed to tour together, but she cancelled the tour due to low album sales. No one expected this to happen. In honor of her, I will play a few of her songs.” Zedd then played his remixes of “Primadonna,” “Happy Meal,” “Where The Diamonds Grow,” and “Myths.” All of those remixes were meant to debut on Marina’s tour, but were not for obvious reasons, so he finished them up and added them to his encore. After “Myths” ended, roaring applause and a 3-minute standing ovation came from the audience. People then left to buy Serenity and “Temple” at shops and booths nearby the venue.

MICHAEL & KELLY
(Performances & Interview)
Taylor Swift was live on Michael & Kelly this morning where she was not only interviewed but was also booked to perform not just once but four times. The singer was first interviewed where she discussed her heavily popular seventh studio album "Electric Princess" which entered the charts last week at the number two spot selling a massive 500,000 copies (in reality a little more) but becoming Taylor Swift's highest week sales for her past three albums which were released quite close to each other. An unusual release schedule for the singer-songwriter who usually only releases every two years. Instead she's started the trend of releasing every six months. But with this album's campaign quickly coming to a close due to personal events going on along with issues with the singer's label and the poor state the music industry is in, Taylor plans to take time off she said in an interview with Michael & Kelly. How long that time off may be, no one knows. But for now Taylor Swift is enjoying her last week of promotion for 'Electric Princess' before she gets married to male model Simon Nessman next month.
"The absolutely beautiful and wonderful Taylor Swift is here with us this morning to talk about her brand new album 'Electric Princess' and more about her personal life that's seeming to be a hot topic in the media. How are you Taylor?" Michael asked Taylor who smiled and answered she was doing absolutely wonderful and amazing. "Well Taylor, tell us a little about the campaign of your album and how you feel about it coming to an end." Taylor would then go on to explain the ending of the album and more. "Well you know, the album is basically about the first feeling you have when you fall in love. The feelings you have when you're scared of falling in love. The feelings you get when everything goes wrong. Which I overreacted about on the album but yeah. It's basically about overcoming the fears of love and becoming a confident woman who knows what she wants in life. And as for the campaign coming to a close, I do feel that the album has a lot more life in it. But my label want me to take a break. They feel like I not only deserve to but need to because all of what's going on for me right now. I get married next month and I may or may not be pregnant currently and I can't tour doing that. Not to mention that the booking of venues has gotten very messy if you get what I mean." Taylor explained the audience nodding along with Michael and Kelly.
"Well before you get on stage to sing for us some tracks from your album, tell us a little about how your life with Simon is right now? Does he travel with you to places? Is he touring with you?" Kelly asked Taylor, girl to girl. "Simon most of the time does travel with me actually. I kind of like having his company around if you couldn't tell. He does work so at times he's not with me. Like this morning he's not with me. He's a few blocks away shooting an advertisement for Marc Jacobs." Kelly would then ask how the proposal went. "The proposal was absolutely stunning. We were Venice, Italy. Just walking through a part of the city before we took a boat through all the little street and under the bridge type of things. I remember he told me to close my eyes and when I opened them there was a ring." The last topic discussed was a family. "Were you two trying for a baby?" Michael asked. "Well we weren't really planning on it. Well, I take that back. He really wants one and I was kind of indifferent about it. But I still think it was good to try. So whether or not we have one in here…. I'm going to be fine with it." Taylor would then take to the stage to perform songs from her album 'Electric Princess' which is out now.

Toxic Records- TV Spots
For the week of: 8/3-8/9
In a week with little to no promotion from the grand majority of all the major artists, Britney has worked to ensure a tight grip over the music industry this week. After taking a week off from promotion and sticking to one VMA performance and a few tour dates, Spears has gone all out for one final week in promoting her new single "Sun-kissed" and re-release of her "American Dream" album. With some competition in the album department, Spears has decided to maximize the promotion of this re-release. Her new single "Sun-kissed" is practically unrivaled as it dominated the top of the iTunes charts ww all week with a surprise release and an extensive promotion plan. With such little competition, Britney Spears is almost guaranteed the top spot based off weekly predictions. "Sun-kissed" is making it's way towards becoming Spears' fourth #1 single and sixth top 5 after only two short eras in CAL with 6 official singles released by Britney under Toxic Records. Britney is pushing to have her re-release debut at #1 as well although she already received the #1 album during her release week. The two TV ads released are to promote "American Dream: The Pop Bible" and new single "Sun-kissed", the ads are being heavily pushed on all major television channels around the world and are receiving recurrent airplay on popular US stations such as Fox, NBC, CBS, ABC, and MTV. Britney's team has also made sure that Britney's ads will air during the most viewed television shows to increase the audience seeing the TV spots.
TV Spots:
American Dream: The Pop Bible
The advertisement promoting the re-release of "American Dream" strategically uses three different popular songs to promote the album material. The advertisement lasts 59 seconds and starts with the iconic chorus of the biggest hit of the summer, Gimme Your Best. The ad then uses "Touchin' Me" to appeal to a larger demographic and finally ends with the new summer bop "Sun-kissed" to give the album a summer feel. The advertisement starts with a black room, inside the black room is a small blue ice block, the camera zooms into the blue ice block which now becomes becomes massive. Britney is inside the ice block and is breathing near the walls of ice and trying to push her way out, she then finds a beats pill and turns it on, Gimme Your Best starts playing and the ice block gets hotter, the walls are melting. Britney takes off her long puffy white coat and reveals a sexy and revealing short white dress underneath, her cheeks become a rosy red as the walls continue to melt while "Touchin' Me" is playing. A robotic voice then says "Get the re-release of the hottest album of the summer, with hits you don't wanna miss including "Gimme Your Best", "Touchin' Me", and "Sun-kissed. The re-release comes with 27 incredible tracks that will make you feel hot". When the voice says "make you feel hot", Britney breathes against the melting walls and they crack down while "Sun-kissed" starts playing, Britney grabs the smoking hot beats pill and walks out of the ice block while smiling at the camera. The ad then fades to a black screen with an ice texture with text that reads "Get the hottest album of the summer with 27 incredible tracks, American Dream: The Pop Bible is an album you don't want to miss out on, in stores everywhere and on iTunes now".
Sun-kissed
For the "Sun-kissed" TV spot, Britney recorded two different scenes and did a voice-over while "Sun-kissed" plays in the background. The ad starts with Britney in a field of daffodils, wearing a pink bra and jean shorts combination. She grabs the flowers and smells them/smiles at the camera while "Sun-kissed" plays, she throws the flowers in the air and moves her body around the grass to the beat of "Sun-kissed". The ad then fades to Britney laying down on a white towel at the beach, she's wearing a sexy black one piece bikini as a guy applies sun-screen onto her open back, legs, and arms. Britney gets up throws her sunglasses away, she jumps into the ocean and starts dancing around and throwing water in the air as she smiles to the camera, a Britney voiceover then plays over the single as she says "Get the new single of the summer, "Sun-kissed", on iTunes now.. the perfect song to listen to while you're having fun".

Zedd: Moment of Serenity World Tour – Night 11 (Six Flags Over Texas)

Zedd completed the first leg of his worldwide Moment of Serenity Tour at Six Flags Over Texas tonight; two more Six Flags dates were planned but were cancelled due to low ticket sales (likely due to confusion over what dates were correct; these two dates may appear in the final North American leg of the tour). This concert was held at an amphitheater in the park, allowing for many fans to watch the concert. As this leg will have varying stage specifications to conform to various venues, there isn't a specified stage design (it also isn't completed for the other legs yet).
The park closed for this concert. 20,500 fans packed into the bleacher seating area and 1,000 other fans packed into any open area they could find. At this concert, the 1,000 standing tickets were $125, 4,000 top seats off to the side were $150, 10,000 top middle section bleacher seats were $200, 1,500 bottom side section seats were $300, 5,000 bottom middle section seats to the side were $400, and 20 VIP tickets (special area in front of stage + meet and greet) were $1000; a total of eight others were given away on radio stations in Dallas and Fort Worth. Zedd also chooses a random person from the bottom section of bleachers to join the meet and greet. This concert is very large, rivaling arena dates of other tours; it is sure to bring in a huge amount of revenue to the tour.
After this encore, there was an additional encore that played a mix of unknown songs; these are presumably some new tracks of his. Vocals from Ellie Goulding, Justin Timberlake, and Jennifer Lopez can be heard. After this second encore ended, roaring applause and a 5-minute standing ovation came from the audience. People then left to buy Serenity and “Temple” at shops and booths nearby the venue. However, some people were heard (and some posted on Twitter) that they think there’s a deluxe version of Serenity coming soon, and they would prefer to wait for that. Overall, this leg of the tour made a large amount of money, and Zedd is proud of what he has accomplished. He stated that he will be visiting Marina in the hospital in between the first and second leg of the tour, but it is rumored that he will also be working on new tracks due to his special second encore tonight.

Night 17
Britney Spears embarks on her “Naughty Girl” stadium tour to promote her new album “American Dream” as the tour is filled with tracks off the album. The tour follows Britney’s life from the “Dreaming Days” before fame to the “Hollywood Babe” of Britney in her prime, to her “Rebellious Heart” and troubles of the past year and to her current “Naughty Girl” style as she embarks on the current era of her career. The tour is filled with incredible visuals and effects, the interludes are beautiful and sexy. Britney stuns in her outfits as her body is on point, the choreography is incredible and the stage features are amazing. Britney uses several flying platforms and additional stage platforms that rise up high in the air so the whole audience can catch a glimpse of her. Several fire/water effects are used as huge light shows create a technically advanced feel for the tour. Britney pushes the limits and even ties her herself up in a glass box of water to open the “Rebellious Heart” set, she bangs against the glass frame as she tries to escape, scaring the life out of fans in the stadium as she purposely panics. The costumes are sexy and scandalous and leave little to the imagination, Britney certainly pulled out all the stops for this tour as it truly is her biggest production yet.

Alright, it's time for me to be done with CAL this season. I have no more motivation to write promo. I almost didn't do these final tour dates, even though I already wrote the first four for the week. I also have realized that this game is a major reason why I've been staying up super late, as well as ATRL in general. Next season, I hope there's a lower article limit. I'm not here for 20 articles a week.
Good luck to everyone in this week's chart and the Grammys. I'm off to send my promo list.

TODAY SHOW AUSTRALIA
(Interview & Performances)
Taylor Swift was live this morning on The Today Show Australia where she was today's hottest superstar on the Australia television channels. Due to the demand of Taylor Swift in Australia, The Today Show Australia moved their entire set to the Rod Larver Arena in Sydney where they would allow over ten thousand fans into the arena to watch Taylor be interviewed and perform albums tracks from her latest album 'Electric Princess', an album which has become an amazing success for Taylor Swift and her label Tigerlily Recordings. The album managed to sell over half a million copies (five hundred thousand copies) in it's first week as well as score an amazing score of ninety four on Metacritic, meaning the album had universal acclaim from critics and users who also review on the site. The album is Swift's most acclaimed album to date beating out her last release, the Coven 13 extended play which scored the Metacritic score of an eighty one.
Taylor was interview first on the show where she talked a little about the album and more about the upcoming one, which many are already anticipating due to the end of the era for this record. "So Taylor Swift tell us a little about how recording this album was for you?" the host asked Taylor who sat cutely in a black maxi dress that she was serving for filth in. "Making 'Electric Princess' was one of the the most erie things I've done. It was so different to how I usually make albums. Usually I write all the songs before I even step into the recording studio with the producers. But with this one I came up with the songs in the studio. I crafted them with the producer. Most of the time by myself because I wouldn't let Giorgio help me write on the album. I wanted to do it all on my own. The only song I really didn't write alone was the The Knocks' 'The One'. That was because they were really broke at the time and needed money. So I let them help. Lyrically you can tell that I didn't have much input in those lyrics. Because yeah you can tell." Taylor would then talk about her upcoming record. "I'm stepping back into the studio Saturday for recording of the next album. Right now I'm just in there with different producers experimenting with different sounds. I think it's going to be a lot fun seeing what I can pull off with the next record. It's going to be different sonically."
The last topic discussed before Taylor Swift would perform four songs from her album 'Electric Princess' which shot straight to the stop spot on the Australian albums chart where she also scored the number one single for that week. "What is your current view on love, Taylor?" the female host asked her with a smile. "I'm really grateful and appreciative of love right now. Of course, you all know why. But I wasn't always that way. Especially right after the end of my engagement with Brendon, I was really pessimistic on love. I was angry at him, I was angry at myself, at everyone around me. Because the one thing I had sacrificed so much for had blow up in my ****ing face. With the miscarriage I was really left broken. I hated the idea of love. But I realized that after meeting Simon that the real love that lasts doesn't come to you when you're looking. It comes to you when you least expect it and when you need it most. I thought for months that I would never love anyone again. But that all changed when I realized that he loved me at my worst and best." Taylor would then perform songs from the album, where she sounded absolutely flawless. You can get her seventh studio album 'Electric Princess' now in stores and on iTunes.

TAYLOR SWIFT'S MTV ULTIMATE SUMMER BASH
(Concert & MTV Event)
Taylor Swift held an ultimate disco themed summer bash party that was aired today on MTV throughout the day. From noon to three in the morning, Swift would hold a massive disco themed party on the beach that over one hundred thousand would attend. There were concerts going on, drinking, dancing, and all of that being held just over seventy acres of beach that the singer bought out specifically for the bash. Performers at the concert included Taylor Swift's friend, the R&B princess Zendaya Coleman, fresh out the gate girl group GRL, along with another girl group Neon Jungle, and also Taylor Swift's label mate would perform an exclusive album track from his album that's going to be released in the fall, much later than expected but it's due to Saade wanting more time to perfect the record and make sure it's the best it can be. Taylor would be the final act to the take the stage before DJs would take over, Porter Robinson going on stage first. Other DJs at the event included Avicci, Martin Garrix, and other hot DJs who are currently out at the moment. The rave lasted all night until the morning where people were then escorted off the beach as crew began cleaning up. Goers raved about the event calling it the best event of their live. Multiple celebrities were in attendance. Taylor herself was there for a few hours before she and boyfriend Simon Nessman left after her set to go home where people expected they spent the night alone in intimacy. First Taylor Swift was interviewed about the bash by MTV.
"So you're throwing one of the biggest bashes of the year. Why did you just decide to all of a sudden?" MTV interview Ashanti asked Taylor Swift who smiled. "You know summer is coming to an end and I just wanted to really say goodbye to it on a good note. All the people who are going to come have been working or really just dreading the end of it. But you know remember the end of the summer with a huge party that you'll remember forever. Leave the anxiety of what's to come after the summer ends until tomorrow. Just go out here enjoy the disco and turn the hell up. That's what I say." The interviewer would then ask about her upcoming album. "So we know you're performing songs from your latest album tonight along with other songs, but what can we expect from the next album and possibly when?" Taylor would smile and run a hand through her hair. "The next album is definitely going to be more stripped and I think rock influenced. I need to do a little more with rock I think. And as for a time frame for the album I think it's best not to rush it but I will definitely say that you expect it around fall or perhaps even next summer if things become long and extensive."
After Zendaya hit the stage, Taylor would go on where she would wear an outfit she wore in the photoshoot for the booklet of 'Electric Princess'. She looked absolutely stunning as she opened her setlist with an all new opener. That opener was 'I Knew You Were Trouble'. The guitar riff at the beginning was plagued with some disco synths also as she gave an entire new live performance of it in a different arrangement. That arrangement was far more disco than people were expecting but it sounded very good. Other songs Taylor performed on her setlist was a cover of GRL's 'Free' and Charli XCX's 'Boom Clap' and 'Tokyo Lights', two of Charli's only hits. Swift's friend Eric Saade would come on stage to perform 'Love Crime' as well as Zendaya. The two would then perform their record breaking number one single 'Gunshots' which became the highest week opening sales wise for a single this year. A record that has been snatched by no one it seems. Other songs performed on Taylor's setlist were 'Sex Kitten', 'Candy', 'In Love For A Night', and Taylor's two singles from the era (which both went number one) 'Loverboy' and 'Cathedrals'. You can get Taylor Swift's seventh studio album 'Electric Princess' now in stores and on iTunes.

Britney Spears Appears On The X Factor UK "Britney Night"
Britney Spears appeared on The X Factor UK last night to open the show with a major medley performance. Britney also aired a live special directors cut of her "Sun-kissed" video and closed the show premiering her new Best Buy ad and announcing the special best buy edition before performing the medley to end the show. The directors cut of "Sun-kissed" aired along with the Best Buy ad to promote her single "Sun-kissed" while the medley of four songs was strategically designed to promote the re-release of her latest album which is titled "American Dream: The Pop Bible" and has been topping the charts on and off for this past week.
The night of the X Factor UK revolved around Britney who wasn't present as a guest judge. The X Factor UK had a special "Britney night" in which all the contestants had to do a rendition of Britney's most popular hits including her latest hits "Gimme Your Best" "Touchin' Me" and "Sun-kissed". The contestants did not get to choose their own song;instead, every contestant's Britney song was chosen by Britney herself and before each performance a short clip of Britney helping each contestant with her own song was seen. Britney was very helpful giving tips on dancing to some of the girls while giving tips to guys on how to make her song their own, particularly to a 29 year old man who was given "Toxic". Britney was very helpful to the contestants and helped their performances a great deal, she improved each of the contestants stage presence and gave them tips on how to calm their nerves and use their nerves to push themselves to do very well instead of shy down and freeze on stage. The judges noticed improvement from all the contestants on their "x factor" and Britney's tips were the reason why they improved so much.
Medley Performance:
The medley performance was a performance of 4 songs strategically chosen to promote the re-release of Britney's album, consisting of two hits from the original "American Dream" album and her latest single + another "Pop Bible" track.
Set-list:
- Gimme Your Best
- Touchin' Me
- Aftermath
- Sun-kissed
Britney wore a golden-metal leotard with black high heels and long blonde extensions for her medley performance. She came down to the stage inside a huge golden cage as "Gimme Your Best" started playing. A futuristic space-ship rose out from underneath the stage and a bunch of ladies wearing black LED lit leotards came out of it, they were holding laser guns and helped Britney break out of the cage. Britney and the girls danced around and on top of the cage. They got on the top of the cage as it rose back up in the air and performed a heavy dance break with the cage hanging in the air, fire shot up all around them from the stage below as they were all moving across the dangerously high golden cage, dancing their asses off. Some of the girls were hanging off the edges and doing crazy moves, almost falling off the cage. Britney did some acrobatic moves including a back handspring and full split. Britney attached herself to two cables and jumped off into the air as water rained down on them and the stage faded to black. After 20 seconds, the lights came back on and the cage/ship were both gone. Britney was standing center stage with Rihanna on a small sphere platform which began rising up out of the stage. Britney and Rihanna performed a heavy dance break to a remixed version of "Touchin' Me", they started touching each other on top of the platform as fire shot up around it on all sides. The performance got really hot when the girls got into their sensual moves, wrapping their bodies around each other while singing "Touchin' Me" with breathy vocals. The girls did full splits right next to each other as the stage faded to black once again. The stage lights turned back on and Britney was sitting on a golden hoop in the air while singing a ballad version of "Aftermath", while smoke surrounded the stage and fire shot up all around it. Britney jumped off the hoop and into a big whole in the stage after she finished singing "Aftermath". Britney popped right back onto the stage flying high into the air and landing on center stage, 10 girls in hot pink bikinis did the same exact thing as beach balls were also pushed into the air. The girls performed a slow and sensual dance break to the Scott Storch hip-hop remix of "Sun-kissed", guys came to the stage and picked the girls up. They danced on top of the guys shoulders while pushing around the beach balls in the air. Britney ran around the stage and sang the song live while fire shot up all around, Britney ripped off her golden leotard and revealed a gold bikini underneath as she performed the final dance break with the guys/girls as confetti fell down onto the stage. The ending credits for the show contained a voiceover which promoted the re-release of the album "Get Britney's latest album in stores everywhere and on iTunes now".

YOUTUBE LIVE STREAM EVENT
(Concert & Q&A)
Taylor Swift hosted a live stream on YouTube today where fans and anyone on YouTube could watch the singer answer questions and such along with watch her perform songs from her latest album 'Electric Princess' which has become one of the biggest albums of the year, living up to it's commercial success after all the anticipation it'd had. The live stream was announced by YouTube early yesterday were Swift's fans were sent into a frenzy due to the short notice. Taylor would be on the banner of YouTube's homepage yesterday letting the fans be aware of what was coming tomorrow. Dressed in a floral pink dress, she smiled. "I would like to thank YouTube for hosting the live stream I'm holding for you all tomorrow at five PM eastern time. I know it's short notice because well I just thought of it this morning. But I really want to say goodbye to this entire album campaign in an amazing and memorable way. I want to say goodbye to it with all of you. So please tune in tomorrow. I'll be performing all thirteen songs on the record for you all along with some other requests. It's going to be lots of fun and make sure you keep an eye out for some special guests.
The first thing Taylor Swift did was answer a few questions from fans that she viewed via her Macbook that sat in front of her on the couch. If the Electric Princess era were to continue what would have been the next single? "Sex Kitten would have actually been the next single. I filmed the video for it. It's all edited and ready to be released and actually I might release it before the the week is over if my label allows me. Which may not be all that possible because of all the craziness and chaos that's going on right now." If you are having a baby have you thought of any names for it? "We actually have started thinking about baby names, Simon and I. I think we're going to choose a name that'll be unisex. 'Avery' was one I think we both were agreeing on. We don't really want to know the gender either. We'll find out when it gets here." If you had to choose between which song you would want to release again out of your singles what would it be? "I would really want to go back in time and not release 'Psycho' because I simply regret ever being apart of it, if we're being honest. The entire mess it caused was not worth it, I believe. If I could go back in time and change anything and NOT release a song, it'd be that one. I kind of reversed your question sorry. But to answer it perhaps, 'Time After Time'. I really would love to see and hang with Justin again.
What advice do you have for me? I'm currently in a relationship that seems to be on a downward spiral. My boyfriend is distant from me and I've caught him texting other girls numerous times and I don't know what to do. "Um I think all of us girls have sort of been in the situation you're currently in. But what I would do is, sit down in front of him or stand and uh- tell him that if he wants to be with someone else go. You don't have time for his ********. Or you know if you want to be a real woman who doesn't take any **** like me, I would pack up my stuff and leave him. But it seems like you're fifteen and still in your freshman year of high school. So therefore I would just go to sleep and get a new boyfriend the day after. You're too young to be so attached. I'm one to talk though." Electric Princess was of course Disco but what will the next album be like musically? "Lyrically it's going to be a whole lot superior to Electric Princess. I believe it will musically as well. I have a few tracks recorded for the album already actually. Some of them are a lot more electronic rock than you'd expect. It'll be mostly rock I think but it'll have a few off electro songs in there I think." Taylor would then perform all thirteen songs from the album in a full on acoustic concert that was hosted over YouTube. She would give some background on them. All the collaborators on the album would join Swift to perform them on the live chat as well, Zendaya and Namie Amuro joining her on stage.
