Mainstream music these days are more about tone than they are actual quality of vocal. Love both but King Bieber and Prince Troye are low-key kinda bad vocalists but they have an accessible and pleasant tone. People right now don't seem to be into vocalists unless your name is Adele. They'd rather have a soothing voice being heightened by an amazing production.
I actually think the lack of true vocalists is the reason why Adele is so huge right now.
There are a lot of great voices out there but most of them just don't stand out. It's the problem with Leona. Fantastic voice, but she lacks everywhere else.
Ugh Brie Larson is a legend, almost cried during every scene she broke down in.

He's adorable and did an incredible job displaying a wide range of emotions through out the film. He was on the same wave-length as Brie, which isn't common with most child actors who tend to come off very robotic and Disney. Not him. Their friendship.
This constant need to "show how it really is!" Viola getting all this acclaim because she took off her wig and makeup while playing a 2D character (she's literally the same woman she was in episode one season one). Yuck. SJW wet dream.
Like, if they would've done something with that and made it matter to her character it would've been ok. But it was literally just thrown in to appease feminists/black activists and never explained or fleshed out.
Same with the vile rape scenes in Outlander and AHS:Hotel. Or dumb feminist shows like Girls dedicating episodes to bloody tampons because it's LOL. Gratuity for the sake of it. Because "that's how it really is!" It's like 'reality TV: Rape!' meant to shock and nothing else.

I saw the movie last week and that kid was fantastic. I hope he gets a nomination for the Oscars for Best Actor (or Supporting Actor).
She's just as lame as any Ryan Murphy diva except her role is literally a bore.
