I think Gaga said she was going to released unreleased ARTPOP songs through the app... that's what most people were waiting for. So now that's not happening, and people are rightfully upset about that.
But yeah, I don't think it was necessarily all Gaga's decision. I doubt she'd want to upset her fans like that.

It was so amazing. The best experience of my life. Gaga was amazing live, in all aspects; vocally, theatrically, her dancing was on point, her costumes were spectacular, and she was really engaging with the fans and very passionate when speaking. Just everything I expected and more. The entire show was great, I sang along to every song.
I'm still a little salty that she performed "Brooklyn Nights" live the night AFTER my show, in the same damn arena, but eh, things happen. My show was spectacular and that's all that matters, for me.
I need them to collab.
