By any chance, do any of you know how to make avis from videos that aren't available on YT? Because I have this video and it only is available on vimeo.

Can I get an avi sized gif of Gaga's parts starting at 0:29 - 0:30 and 0:43 - 0:44. Could I also please have them combined. I know it's a lot to ask but it's much appreciated
