Mods seem so unnecessary. I don't know... Maybe there should be a separate forum for children and adults? I don't think the issue is a limitation of expression, but rather users' inability to communicate differing opinions calmly.

yeah but some adults sometimes act like kids and that's when moderators do their job.
If those adults were mature enough to discuss things with sense and valid arguments, this would be a different forum; there wouldn't be places like Stand Your Ground or No Holds Barred () to keep the anger together in one (two) thread(s).

How come threads about drugs, sex, or any type of race/ethnicity talk are locked before there is even a need to? Why can't grown ups talk about sex? I understand this is a music forum, but music in general covers a wide variety of topics and there isn't a limit to creativity and what's deemed "appropriate", unlike ATRL.
