Oh god, 7500 was so bad. It was not scary in any way shape or form and nothing about it was good. I liked the idea of the twist, but it has been done 82374820 times before and it wasn't executed well.
Not worth the time waiting.

I watched The Strangers last night for the first time in years and wow, the suspense in that film is truly incredible. Even the scares I remembered still scared the **** out of me. I can't believe they've delayed the sequel so long, I hope it eventually happens

I'm going to watch Ils/Them tonight and hope it's as good as The Strangers. I'd normally expect an American remake to be worse but Them has a lot to live up to...

There are people on a plane and one passenger dies in weird ways and the corpse is brought up to the presidential suite and everyone has to leave that part. The passenger we focus on are a two stewardesses, just married couple, a emo rocker kind of girl, a couple that is about to break up, a guy who steals for a living, and another couple. There are big turbulences and the oxegen in the plane goes missing, almost killing people but everything turns normal. The guy who steals goes up to the corpse to find things of value and steals a watch, but is attecked by the dead guy. Another girl takes a pregnancy test and is killed when she finds out it's negative. They go through the dead guys stuff to find answers and one stewardesse goes down to the luggage to investigate but is killed, after she told the captain, whom she had an affair with, she doesn't want it anymore. More people die in mysterious ways. They find a weird puppet in the luggage of the guy and the emo chick explains thatd death is part of life and that the dead guy is still on this earth, because he can't let go of his past troubles. Stuff happens that no on cares about and the big reveal happens.

They all actually died while the oxygen level sank and continued to think they live, because they wouldn't let go of the past. Eacht time somone let go, they died (affair stopped, no pregnancy etc.)
They embrace death and go into the light.
Except one girl, who is stuck on the plane and taunted forever, because she doesn't accept death as part of life.

Ugh the version of Them that I downloaded has Russian audio I know it's French anyway but reading English subtitles, hearing Russian, and that not syncing with the French mouthing sounds like an awful way to experience a movie looks like I'm watching Irreversible instead...

Edit: Okay I can't focus on this **** at all between the subtitles and the camera moving so much I can barely comprehend what's going on, I need to be a little more lucid for Irreversible. Looks like I'm not getting my horror fix tonight.

The Strangers - Thought it would be really good, cuz some of ya'll keep talking bout it in this thread. Didn't really like it, thought You're Next was better.
The Purge - Thought it would be really bad, enjoyed it.
Eden Lake - LOVED it, really scary coz it's so real, enjoyed it alot.
