EDIT: IT WORKED! Guys search for "vcredist" in the MAIN folder, you should see: vcredist_x64 vcredist_x86, INSTALL BOTH OF THEM, (it takes time to initialize), after that refresh your main folder, go to game/bin and click the exe file, wait a few seconds and the game will open.

What happened after you double clicked the Launcher.exe? Make sure the .dll file wasnot deleted in the Bin folder, and try again running as administrator. Other than that I don't know, sorry
