No you're not alone. I loved AntiDiary too but like with most things and Rihanna it wasn't used to its full potential.

I loved the visuals, the mystery behind the campaign, that the rooms were re-created in real life for fans. That was cool.

However as a medium to launch an album there was no connection.
- It's execution was terrible, There should have been set schedule for each room ( every Friday at 4pm type of thing) and a countdown to the album release. Snippets of songs should've been included as well or at least the instrumentals

OR she could've combined the rooms into a 20min mini film and included a release date and pre-order link at the end. Simple yet effective.

The R8 experience was for the original ANTi before it got scrapped and recreated

So I'm still searching for the Valerian footage that they showed at Comic-Con, and I found this:

The footage played big in Hall H, and included:

Valerian (Dane DeHaan) negotiating a metal corridor in his powerful exoskeletal suit.

Laureline (Cara Delevingne) overpowering two guards who had arrested her, then confronting a trio of aliens.

Valerian and Laureline landing their ship and then emerging dressed as tourists.

A sprawling city scene that leads us into a cantina populated by bizarre aliens and humans, too.

Ethan Hawke, a space pimp of sorts, leading Valerian into a room with Rihanna.

A bulky vehicle racing across a desert (think Fury Road) with a giant Pokémon-looking monster chasing after them.

Valerian and Laureline, still in their tourist "disguises," returning from their mission being chased by a small army of aliens.

A montage of monsters, aliens, landscapes and action snippets.

Nothing new, but it looks like a fun movie to watch.

The people who saw the clip compared her scene to Velma Kelly from Chicago, and Sally Bowles.

Also from what I read, the scene started with only Rihanna silhouette and she walked towards the cameras, serving some POTR VSFS, and then the light goes on her and you see her smirking and they cut the scene there.

Dane said Rihanna's part is absolutely crazy, mind-blowing, and jaw dropping. Everyone he spoke to about it was blow away.

Luc said she had the most complicated/weirdest role in the movie.

Also from someone whose read the comic, they said that they THINK she's going to play some sort of shapeshifter kinda like Mystique in XMEN.

We won't be seeing any of the footage for awhile. Filming was not allowed.
