Dear LOrd , Spanish Lesson is without an inch of doubT one of the biggest atrocities ahe has EVER recorded .
Lucky Star is trash . On the other hand Shanti is a GREAT song

I so wanna hear the crazy track they did while drunk, giving me 'Gang Bang' teas
Btw, Madonna is such a magnificent performer that she can turn anything she touches into gold.
Spanish Lesson is no different. I don't have a problem listening to the song at all whenever I'm listening to S&S .
I have a feeling that if she decides to include B-Day Song on her next tour it will definitely become an ok song, at least .....
Yaaass!! I was just listening to the Blond Ambition World Tour and Girlie Show World Tour concert audios the other day, and even though to me I don't really care for them (because of their setlist) I'm starting to like some songs I wouldn't listen to as a studio version.

That's how I feel as well . And I don't like to watch her pre 00's tours as much as her most recent ones (from DWT on) , don't know why is that. I think that she became a much better performer since then (although I agree that the BA tour is the true definition of 'perfection' ) .

Same!!! I'll visit a clip from a show pre-Drowned World Tour, but from that tour and onwards Madonna really found her sound with Ray of Light and Music and really changed up her game when it came to theatrics and production for a show.
The lyrics are so terrible yet somewhat fantastic. I can listen to Impressive Instant again and again

Don't @ me please.
NO Spanish Lesson is underrated. The 'low' on HC is Dance 2Nite and the 'low' on ROL is To Have and Not To Hold. Whereas, Little Star is one of the best songs on ROL.

I didn't know she performed this on the MDNA tour it's a really fun performance. at one of her fans telling her not to swear. Do they not know she swears like a trooper lol ?

So I was reading this article on Billboard and an album dropped from #2 down 182 spots on the chart which is over 90% decrease, probably the highest decline on a top 10 debuting album. Sorry Madge.
This week sees the most successful woman of the rock era begin to see real payoff for her early patience.
Madonna’s eponymous debut album was released in late July 1983. Over a year later, it had logged two Top 20 singles — Holiday [#16] and Borderline [#10] — each of which climbed slowly and lasted months on the chart.
Rather than rush out singles, Madonna and her label eased each one out, building enthusiasm for her distinctive dance-pop sound.
This week the third and final charting single entered the Hot 100, headed to the Top 5. Lucky Star came in at a strong #49 and, unlike its predecessors, raced up the charts, peaking at #4 in late October. That set the stage for her career to take off with the release of Like A Virgin.
Her next thirteen singles went Top 5, six of them making all the way to #1.
