I loved this so much. It was the kind of perfectly absurd soapy reveal I had hoped PLL would deliver. The only big question unanswered is who killed Mrs. D, but everything else actually makes perfect sense and for being such a drawn out show, it did a great job of tying up a ton of loose ends. So ready for the 2nd half and time jump this season.
And for those complaining, you must have NEVER seen a soap opera in your lives, because that is exactly the kind of show that this is (for tweens, of course), and honestly for juggling this many plot points, it has been one of the most consistent ones I've seen in years. In legit soap operas, there are a MESS of random little inconsistencies, but you kind of look past things here and there because it's trashy, enjoyable fun. This episode for me was one of the most brilliantly ridiculous things on TV in a while, and personified what makes this show enjoyable when it's on point. If you can't enjoy the fun in all of that, you may be taking it way too seriously and trying to pick it apart a bit too much. Trust, there is always going to be some convoluted answer from King to any question being asked, so keep posting them and I'm sure she'll address it with a throwaway line at one point.
