I understand that. I think that with the change of sound for this era, she will lose fans who have loved the sound of Born To Die. Of course, everyone in here will say that it is too early to predict, but I don't have a doubt about it. Luckily, I always had much love for rock music and my first heroine when I was a teenager was PJ Harvey with her early albums like Dry, Rid of Me or To Bring You My Love.
Of course, Lana is nowhere to be compared with Polly, but I don't mind that style and West Coast immidiately reminded me of a less evil sounding Polly somehow.
If West Coast is an indication of the album, she will have the best album of the year again
It's already my 2nd favorite Lana song, I literally can't do nothing but playing this song on a loop, for real. It's so flawless, I can't describe how I feel when I sing it very loud
