I wouldn't expect any better after they chose the disastrous "Now" as their lead single. It even flopped on Alternative. That song ruined any interest they would have had going for them. Half the fans hated the song, and much of the rest only marginally liked it. If they'd gone for "Still Into You" first, things would be different.
Then there's also the fact that everyone's been bitching about Hayley's bangs, but that's a different story.
