Yeah. It was always obvious to me he would win ILNY2 because they were clearly into each other (well, maybe not her at the beginning) and I remember them moving in together shortly after wrapping the filming of that season. She even was fond of his daughter.
They broke up prior to New York Goes To Hollywood but remained friendly so he came back to "break up" on screen on that show. She clearly still cares for him based on the RuPaul interview.

Honestly I think Tiffanys game is right on point. She is keeping the audience entertained while dotting the i in the house with everyone. She really had this all planned out. She knows when to lash out or go off and then when to pull it back, it's quite genius on her part. She has no fan base in the UK and is still top 2 for winning. HBIC indeed
