Katy has seven classics though.
I Kissed a Girl, Hot N Cold, California Gurls, Teenage Dream, Firework, Last Friday Night, and Roar.
In 10 years a few of those may have been demoted from classic status, but I don't see it happening to, at the very least, I Kissed a Girl, Teenage Dream, and Roar.

Is it normal for it to be less than two weeks before the VMAs and only one performer having been announced?
I'm here for a Lean On/Where Are U Now/What Do You Mean? closing extravaganza between Major Lazer, Mo, Skrillex and the Biebz.

I Kissed a Girl is her most iconic song though And her most global.

Someone photoshop this with the Billboard logo on Lana's head and the "HBTB" single cover on the helicopter.

I just asked my black friend and she only thinks TD, CG, Firework and Roar are classics.
She said Wide Awake is more of a contender than IKAG/HNC.
It's settled?

Sorry but "I kissed a girl and I liked it" is definitely way more iconic than Roar. It's the closest we have to a "Like a Virgin" in recent times.

There's something kind of overdramatic about Fight Song imo and I don't really like it.
At least Roar doesn't take itself too seriously.
But I know some of y'all are all 'deep and indie' and stuff so whatever.

I Kissed a Girl, Firework and Roar are her classics. Maybe Dark Horse too. All else are forgotten.

"Fight Song" > "Roar"
I like Katy but I genuinely do not like "Roar." It's cheesy, has clichéd lyrics, and tries too hard to be an anthem.
I can see the comeback now. Don't go there.

Anybody else getting a suspicion that collin actually doesn't have friends?
