I just wonder prior to sound scan how many albums artists really sold? How much was payola? It's interesting that once soundscan was introduce artists that sold big prior now opened at 300k first week.

So I'm suspect at older artists album sales. The notion that they lied to make money from tours. The real money unless they write their own songs.

But IKYWT was a good success (60k) and was played a lot on the radio.

I'm confident for the new era, the radios will play the single much more quickly

+1 I did not hear any Taylor songs apart from Love Story on the radio during the Speak Now era. Thank goodness for the pop tracks.

Pink has always toured longer and did more shows than Taylor in 2013.. Besides she's 10 years older.
