That's the whole point of it. It's a throwaway track that will pick up huge traction in the clubs for a LONG time.
Most of you are only thinking of the Radio side, which is understandable. Yet, it's equally important to have records that are hot in the streets, that will spread via word of mouth. Two-pronged assault. Her marketing team are insane.
