It really depends, I guess.
One of my friends isn't a big fan of Gaga (Her favorite song by her is Telephone and it's only thanks to Beyoncé's part.)
Anyway, she gave ARTPOP a try (but she didn't like. She's not a big fan of EDM. She kinda likes DWUW tho.). When I asked her if she wanted to come with me to see the artRAVE, she accepted because she told me Gaga looked like a person who would make a crazy show (crazy in a positive way you know). Gaga's still a good reputation when it comes to touring apparently, which is great.
I agree. I have friends that say they're over her, and then I have friends that still love her but don't follow her as extensively as I do. I don't think there's really just a general consensus for her. People are probably still waiting for that big comeback from her.
