My Taylor swift tickets haven't arrived and I've received no correspondence from the company saying they've been shipped or anything so I tried calling their helpline which had ne on hold for 20 minutes so I tried leaving a message and it said their mailbox was full and so it hung me up. I tried emailing a week ago and received no reply so I then tried looking for them on Facebook to try contact their page and found an endless list of people saying they'd been a victim and describing this same situation.
I don't know what to do. I saved up months to buy these tickets for my boyfriend (who's also a stan) and it was my present to him for graduating his masters in chemistry plus the concert date was our 4th anniversary of being together and our mutual love of Taylor was how we first started talking and fell in love so this concert was such a big deal to us and I've been scammed and its been ruined by some horrible people and now we can't go see Taylor
