Yeah, I noticed that same particular thing too. After watching some comments on the internet about the fifth season I was like scarred of how it would be like because fans of the TV show claimed that Dr. Brennan had lost her rational side and stuff like that. In the end, I think she conected a little bit more with that unexplainable side that human being have.
My favorite parts of the season, when Dr. Sweets and Dr. ... sorry... Cheff Gordon Wyatt started interrogating people. When both Dr. Brennan ( Emily Deschanel ) and her cousin ( Zooey Deschanel, vocalist of She & Him ) meet each other, and as you may have noticed their last names tell that they are sisters on the real life.

i know i remember seeing Zooey on tv with her a few years ago
after i re watched the Season i was like OMG bones's sister (Zooey is the singer in She & Him
, i had a feeling she looked like her
) they are so alike
though i think Emily is younger
i mean i had a feeling i wasnt gonna like it since my fave wasnt in it (except the 100th Episode) but it ended up being one of the funniest season
omg the little english guy, is so funny, i loved the Avatar episode
and i love Sweets
omg in Season 6 thats when bones goes really GAGA
but she gets better each season <3
