I wouldn't recommend it. Lumineon has subpar stats pretty much everywhere.

Parabolic Charge sounds like a cool move too

I could see Moonblast being a 90-100 base power fairy move too

Tho, I had Togepi at level 4 and been having with soothe bell + 10's Carbo, hence leveling up and evolved

I dont like B&W probably my least favorite pokemon game tbh...

Its such a hassle to train but its worth it in the end tho.
