I think Blank Space did it in 235 days (7 months, 23 days) on VEVO? I may be a day or so off + it reached it on YouTube a few days after it did it on VEVO.

edit: I think Gangnam Style may have done it a month or two before Blank Space did.

I don't know about YT, but Blank Space is the most liked music video ever and the fastest to reach 1 billion, but I think Hurricane Adele will let no record stay intact.
