Brawly is a tan surfer dude on the island of Dewford Town, where he also acts as Gym Leader. He's a pretty chill dude but he used to train pretty hard with Bruno of the Kanto Elitte 4 on the Sevii Islands. He keeps his gym entirely in the dark to mimic the seafloor or something, pretty kinky if you ask me. He's cute, he gave me trouble as a kid but he's not really that bad.
