See, the same happened to me. But I've bought both singles, and they re-downloaded, but I don't think I was charged for them? Glad to know this.

when you pre-order the album, you will get 2 songs already released instantly.
when the album's available (11/5), it will be automatically downloaded and of course you just have to be charged 6,99$ for the whole album (including HTNGU & RNR)

You get charged for HTNGU but when the album comes out you only get charged the "complete my album" price
