Its basically confirmed. we even know she's asking for 2.3 million. Which is nothing compared to Britney's earnings but Kelly showcased a lot of personality on the Xfactor UK.
Maybe if they announce her officially as a judge the song will gain. And then whatever show promo they'll ask her about her music. I really hope this happens!!!
in my opinion they are still in talks , when an interviewer asked about xfactor she laughed about "these rumors" but declined to say anything about it!
They should try to make this cross-over to Pop, this song would work there too.
