That's actually not necessary to create on any website because your computer can handle that function on it's own
Depending on your keyboard/operating system, you can usually get to the top of the page by either pressing "Home" (usually located on the left center of the keyboard), "CTRL + Home," or "Fn + Left Arrow" (the fn key is usually located on the lower left of the keyboard). The last two are combinations of keys that, when pressed, bring you to the start of the page. The last combination in particular, "Fn + Left Arrow," is used on smaller laptop keyboards that do not have enough room for all the keys and have to add functions to regular keys, so while the left arrow will always move your cursor to the left, the fn, or function, key allows it to also act as the home key.
